Hello, I am Barbara Lea.
At Barbara Lea Pottery we make an elegant collection of figurines, mother and child, bride and bridesmaids, father and son and many more.
Each item is individually crafted in white earthenware and then painted in our cream glaze with touches of colour. Our work is figurative hand built sculptures inspired by peoples attitudes, stances and we strive to capture the spirit of family and children.
Each figure is made in England and signed by the artist to prove authenticity and originality, as all our figures are handmade, we can make individual commission pieces for weddings, christening etc...

Barbara Lea Pottery is a small family business that has been trading since 1989.
We began by selling at small craft fairs around the UK,
and found that people liked our simplistic style of figurature.
I have always been inspired by peoples attitudes and stances and we strive to capture the spirit of family and children.
