Barbara Lea Pottery Information

At Barbara Lea Pottery we hand make all our items, so if you would like something special made just for you, for a wedding, christening etc... please contact us and we will do our best to craft exactly what you are looking for.

 

When browsing this website, please be aware that all of the barbara Lea Pottery sculptures are bespoke hand made pieces, and therefore each totally unique. Images shown on this website are intended as a guide only, and whilst every effort is made to create a similar piece to the one shown, each will invariably differ slightly in it's own way, making your item one of a kind.

 

Purchasing

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. just browse our catalogue and click on the items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We use PayPal as it is the safest method of payment, if paying through PayPal, your information will be encrypted and therefore very safe. However we can also accept cheques if that be your preference, just e.mail or give us a call.

 

Delivery

Postage and packaging charges detailed in the Barbara Lea Pottery shop are for the UK only. We are able to ship worldwide, so please e.mail us first and we will quote the price too your destination.

Deliveries for UK orders can take up to 5 working days from receipt of payment and sometimes longer for the rest of the world.
Most items shown on the website are in stock, however if an item you would like to order has become sold out or you want something personalised, it may take up to 21 days for the piece to be made for you, though something special is worth the wait!

Please do not hesitate to contact Barbara Lea Pottery if there is something you need in a hurry, we will do our very best to accommadate you.

If at any time you wish to check on the progress of your order, please contact us via our contact form.

 

Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so in the unlikely event that Barbara Lea Pottery purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return it, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order and we will be happy to fully refund you. Just send the item back too us in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent (although the customer is responsible for all postage costs) and we will provide you with a replacement or full refund via the method in which you paid.

Please remember when you are returning your item to Barbara Lea Pottery ask for a proof of purchase certificate at the Post Office.

  + We are sorry but we are unable to exchange any items that have been    personalised.
  + Any personal details you give to Barbara Lea Pottery will not be passed on to    other sources.
  + If you are interested in trade or wholesale stock, please also contact us for    information on our trade packages.
